The silo of this project isThe 9*φ12.5m continuous concrete tube structure is arranged in 3*3, and the height is 32.80m. Each tube body is equipped with a cone-shaped funnel of φ0.60m--φ11.90m at 9.50m. The funnel concrete The thickness is 0.30m, the inclination angle of the funnel is 50°, the vertical height of the funnel is 7.0m, the oblique length is 8.80m, the top of the funnel is equipped with a 1.0m high reinforced concrete trapezoidal ring beam, the bottom width is 1.09m, the top width is 0.30m, and the amount of concrete pouring is about 1020m³, requiring a one-time, integral pouring to be completed, the construction is difficult, and the technical requirements are high. Since the beginning of March, our company has actively responded to the call of Yunnan Province and Yuntianhua Group to "control epidemic prevention and control with one hand, and project construction with the other hand", overcoming many disadvantages such as remote territories, difficulties in the organization of construction personnel, etc., and successively invested 150 personnel.
